Como consecuencia, el Ministerio P\u00fablico pide un a\u00f1o de c\u00e1rcel para \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">El escrito de acusaci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que el hombre<b>\u00a0se abalanz\u00f3 sobre la menor<\/b>, que se encontraba acompa\u00f1ada por su madre en las inmediaciones de un supermercado, con el fin de tocarle sus genitales.<\/p>\n<div class=\"engagement prometeo-box-2\">\n<div id=\"integrado-intext-1\" class=\"WIDGET-PROMETEO-BOX-ACTIVATOR prometeo-content\" data-prometeo-mediaid=\"002\" data-prometeo-widget=\"WIDGET-PROMETEO-BOX-ACTIVATOR\">En ese momento, al darse cuenta de su condici\u00f3n, empez\u00f3 a insultarla y humillarla con expresiones como \u00abmaric\u00f3n de mierda, odio a los maricones, <b>te voy a matar\u00bb o \u00abtravesti\u00bb<\/b>, al tiempo que logr\u00f3 acceder a sus partes \u00edntimas por el forcejeo que se produjo entre ambos y la intervenci\u00f3n de un transe\u00fante.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"axds-Intext\" class=\"axds\">\n<div id=\"Intext\" class=\"henneoHB\">A ra\u00edz del incidente, la menor presentaba episodios de i<b>nquietud, ansiedad<\/b>\u00a0y temor.
